Golf with the Groom

I have reserved a block of tee times at Carmel Valley Ranch on Friday, June 12 starting around 8:45am. I am planning on putting together a best-ball 18-hole scramble. ARE KIDS ALLOWED AT THE RESORT + AT THE WEDDING?
Yes + yes! We would love for you to bring your little ones to the wedding. The resort has recommended a babysitting service should you decide to take advantage of this amenity at anytime throughout your stay. Please visit http://www.vipbabysitting.com/ for more information.

ARE THERE OTHER HOTELS I CAN STAY AT BESIDES CARMEL VALLY RANCH?
Absolutely. We chose a reception location which offers accommodation in an effort to keep everyone safe + in close proximity to all activities, etc. If you choose to stay elsewhere, there are several hotels in + around carmel + Monterey in which to do so. Both locations offer numerous B+Bs if you are interested in a unique + cozy experience.

We will also be providing lists of additional hotels where we have blocked rooms for your convenience. This list should be available late January.

WHAT TYPE OF ACTIVITIES ARE IN + AROUND THE AREA?
Whether you want to spend a relaxing day shopping the stores in carmel-by-the-sea, take the 17-mile scenic drive along the coast, golf at world famous courses, horseback ride in the valley, hike in beautiful Big Sir, explore sea life at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, kayak in Monterey Bay, or go wine tasting at nearby wineries, you are bound to find something to please all your senses!

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY ROOM?
As soon as possible. We have blocked only 10 rooms. Once those rooms are reserved, another 5 will be blocked, if rooms are available. Please keep in mind that June is a busy month for the resort so reservations fill up quickly. Again, the rate is $249/night which will provide you with a 610 square foot suite with a king bed + fireplace. Other suite options are available for additional fees.

we have blocked rooms at a special rate (of $249/night) for anyone interested in staying with the wedding party (the more the merrier). The direct telephone number to the Reservations Department is 800-422-7635. please mention the "callari/sambuchi wedding" when booking. note that there are additional charges to this rate, consisting of taxes, as well as a $25 resort fee. we apologize for this inconvenience and unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it. we hope you are all able to stay at this wonderful location, but understand if it is not feasible.
